Hey guys.. I do work out 4 times a week but I do cardio 6 times a week. I take 10g of Glutamine every time I work out. But do I need to take it for the days I only do cardio ?
I am trying to gain height, about 5′8 and 15 1/2 years old, my goal is to be 5′11 by when i stop growing. Any ideas of what helps with growth? I have protein powder, and i heard that protein helps people grow taller, is this true? what about creatine, l-glutamine and other substances, Please tell me all you know, thanks!
I started taking a Glutamine Supplement about a month ago, and in the last two two weeks or so, I seem to have become extremely irritable, along with developing an almost misanthropic view on life. I have read that Glutamine can increase horomone levels. Could this be a possible explexplanation to me being so pissed off lately?
What age do you need to be. I’m 17 and a half right now and I exercise a lot and have done almost a years worth of researching the best workouts and when to do them and how to do them. I Just need to learn a little more about foods, Amino acids, and supplements, I know a bit about creatine, protein, and glutamine. Do I need to get some sort of certificate? Go to college etc.
I purchased a big 1200 gram bottle of glutamine a few months ago and just discovered tiny, clear, plastic balls scattered throughout the bottle. I do not know if i ingested any of these balls while using the product. I emailed complaints to both the online retailer and the company that made the product. If i am not satisfied with their response, what other agencies can i file a complaint with?
iv heard so many different things its all confusing me. do you only need to take one of these for bodybuilding or both of them? iv heard bcaa is for muscle growth and glutamine is for recovery. iv heard they are both for muscle growth.
1. I’m going to use creatine and I also have whey protein powder. Is it better to use proteine powder when I’m in maintenance phase of creatine or I should take protein powder after maintenance phase of creatine. Can someone give me a detailed answer?
2. Is it OK to take glutamine and L-carnitine with them or not?
Is it alright to drink if you took glutamine… Someone told me that you should acturally take glutamine after a night of drinking to prevent muscle break down…is this true? please give sources.. thanks
