I purchased a big 1200 gram bottle of glutamine a few months ago and just discovered tiny, clear, plastic balls scattered throughout the bottle. I do not know if i ingested any of these balls while using the product. I emailed complaints to both the online retailer and the company that made the product. If i am not satisfied with their response, what other agencies can i file a complaint with?

the police department. The Fair Trade Commission… Your local health department… OH YEAh, and the FDA. listen to him down below me….
The Food and Drug Administration. (The FDA).
maybe the postal service saying they are sending harmful products through the mail
You can file something with the state agency dealing with whatever product or service.
The FDA. Send a copy of the letter to your congressman; they often have a staff member write to the company asking them to explain themselves. That usually gets action.
I recommend the Consumer Product Safety commission.
thats a site called ripoff report by consumers
maybe that will help
good luck
Do you have a witness? Call a lawyer. If he feels the case has merit then he doesn’t charge you a fee unless he wins. A lot of companies settle out of court and then the same percentage of the money will go to your lawyer. It’s a win win situation because the lawyer won’t take the case unless he feels he can win it.
I’m not sure what glutamine is? But maybe the health dept. Can you take it back to where you purchased it or has it been too long?
