<p>I am particularly interested in hearing from older martial artists who, like me, might be slowing down and taking longer to recover after an intense workout.<br />
David &#8211; I find it funny that you gave your justification for never using supplements (you never contemplated it) while simultaneously commenting that offering such a justification is unnecessary or bizarre.  : )<br/></div>
