I'm not sure what glutamine is? But maybe the health dept. Can you take it back to where you purchased it or has it been too long?

Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. It is an organic compound, composed of 22 amino acids, otherwise known as the building block of life. When protein is absorbed, it sends a signal to the brain to decrease your hunger. Another benefit of protein is that it raised your resting metabolism by maintaining muscle mass. As we age, muscle mass decreases without exercise, so staying fit is a key to burning fat by keeping your metabolism high.

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle.

Glutamine is the most abundant naturally occurring, non-essential amino acid in the human body and one of the few amino acids which directly crosses the blood-brain barrier. In the body it is found circulating in the blood as well as stored in the skeletal muscles. It becomes conditionally essential (requiring intake from food or supplements) in states of illness or injury.

Nitric oxide or nitrogen monoxide is a chemical compound with chemical formula NO. This gas is an important signaling molecule in the body of mammals and human.

However sustained levels of NO production result in direct tissue toxicity and contribute to the vascular collapse associated with septic shock, whereas chronic expression of NO is associated with various carcinomas and inflammatory conditions including juvenile diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis and ulcerative colitis.

protein repairs muscle tissues, and creatine basically puffs up your muscles and makes them bigger, and glutamine is an amino acid that makes up protein, that's all i know

Do you have a witness? Call a lawyer. If he feels the case has merit then he doesn't charge you a fee unless he wins. A lot of companies settle out of court and then the same percentage of the money will go to your lawyer. It's a win win situation because the lawyer won't take the case unless he feels he can win it.

I am a college athlete and this type of dieting controls my life. I can tell you from experience that I have been through plenty of different supplements.

Here's what I recommend.
1. You want to take a good protein that has a good calories in it. So I recommend taking GNC mass amplified XXX. It has 960 calories per a shake and 50 grams of protein. You should take half servings. So take 2 scoups instead of 4 scoops. Besides taking the shake, you want to eat other sources of protein, such as lean grilled chicken. They have on average 25 grams of protein per a portion. You want to consume your body weight in grams of protein. So if you weigh 180lbs, you want to eat 180 grams of protein per a day. This will definetely help you gain muscle.

2. The best creatine I've came across is Celltech hardcore. It comes in fruity flavors that help drive the creatine into your muscles and allow water to get inside and help recovery etc. I recommend orange or lemon flavor.

3. Then besides those two, if you really want crazy results id take a supplement called T-Bomb II. I took a cycle of that and I got alot stronger in every lift. This and a good diet enabled me to gain more muscle.

The most important part of getting bigger definetely lies within how much work and time your willing to put into this. You will see no real results unless you go to the gym and get the job done. Trust me on that, I've gained 20lbs of muscle over the past 3 months. Goodluck and if you need anymore help just ask.

Get used to slowing down and taking longer to recover. It's called age. I just eat good foods. There is no regulation in the supplement industry so I don't trust them any more than I would have trusted "Doc Spangler's Wonder Tonic and Hair Restoring Solution" what cures what ails you back in the day.

I've had protein shakes to aide in muscle training.
and I've tried testo boosters to help me up my game at the time of a big event. both were definately beneficial to my training routine, specially the testo boosters worked really good, they truly make you feel at 200% of your game, but I don't recommend doing something like that 365 days a year. Your body is not meant to work at accelerated levels of functioning all the time.
I do however stick with the rule to only use strictly biological products. I am that lucky to have a sports food store nearby that specialises in this sort of stuff.
