		<description>Don&#039;t worry, the scientist are not even sure if it will help with your brains actives. The thing is glutamine, which is an amino acid, will supposedly help with your protein absorption. Wether this is true or not I have no idea. I do take a multi-vitamin that contains several amino acids. I also take a fish oil capsule that contains omega 3. I take other supplements as well, but this fish oil and the amino acids come up the most when talking about nutrition and brain functions.</description>
