  1. Savage says:

protien contains amino acids that your body uses to build and maintain muscle.

  2. Some G says:

    cum is 100% protein

drink that stuff up and you’ll be pumpin

  3. Kel says:

Protein is essential for growth and repair – so when weight lifting it will repair the tiny rips you are making in your muscles and make then bigger. You want this so you need a good amount of protein.

  4. Mr. Angry says:

dont lump protein in with creatine, glutamine, nitric oxide…

u NEED to take in lots of protein to build muscle, u dont need that other stuff at all, most of its a total waste actually

Just get a basic whey protein shake and drink it after u work out

I suggest you just take protein supplements, and about 3g of creatine a day. Eat high protein foods and take a 54g protein shake or eat 2-3 high protein bars every day.

When you lift weights, you are essentially tearing muscle tissue. Protein helps by repairing that muscle tissue. You gain muscle by tearing and repairing muscle tissue.

When you lift weights you use energy or ATP (Adenesine TRI-phosphate). After you use the ATP, it converts into ADP (Adenesine DI-phosphate). One of creatine’s most helpful uses is by converting some of the ADP back into ATP by donating a phosphate group.

    Keep lifting hard as well!!

    Hope I could help!!

Protein helps your muscles repair, it brings much needed nutrients to the muscles. When you work out there are small micro tears in your muscles, the protien repairs it and builds on the muscle which causes you to get bigger. you should have protein with ever meal, and protein shake after a workout. Creatine is a good suppliment but should only be taken for 1 month then 1 month off..and so on. Good luck

I am a college athlete and this type of dieting controls my life. I can tell you from experience that I have been through plenty of different supplements.

    Here’s what I recommend.
    1. You want to take a good protein that has a good calories in it. So I recommend taking GNC mass amplified XXX. It has 960 calories per a shake and 50 grams of protein. You should take half servings. So take 2 scoups instead of 4 scoops. Besides taking the shake, you want to eat other sources of protein, such as lean grilled chicken. They have on average 25 grams of protein per a portion. You want to consume your body weight in grams of protein. So if you weigh 180lbs, you want to eat 180 grams of protein per a day. This will definetely help you gain muscle.

    2. The best creatine I’ve came across is Celltech hardcore. It comes in fruity flavors that help drive the creatine into your muscles and allow water to get inside and help recovery etc. I recommend orange or lemon flavor.

    3. Then besides those two, if you really want crazy results id take a supplement called T-Bomb II. I took a cycle of that and I got alot stronger in every lift. This and a good diet enabled me to gain more muscle.

The most important part of getting bigger definetely lies within how much work and time your willing to put into this. You will see no real results unless you go to the gym and get the job done. Trust me on that, I’ve gained 20lbs of muscle over the past 3 months. Goodluck and if you need anymore help just ask.

protein repairs muscle tissues, and creatine basically puffs up your muscles and makes them bigger, and glutamine is an amino acid that makes up protein, that’s all i know

Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. It is an organic compound, composed of 22 amino acids, otherwise known as the building block of life. When protein is absorbed, it sends a signal to the brain to decrease your hunger. Another benefit of protein is that it raised your resting metabolism by maintaining muscle mass. As we age, muscle mass decreases without exercise, so staying fit is a key to burning fat by keeping your metabolism high.

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle.

Glutamine is the most abundant naturally occurring, non-essential amino acid in the human body and one of the few amino acids which directly crosses the blood-brain barrier. In the body it is found circulating in the blood as well as stored in the skeletal muscles. It becomes conditionally essential (requiring intake from food or supplements) in states of illness or injury.

Nitric oxide or nitrogen monoxide is a chemical compound with chemical formula NO. This gas is an important signaling molecule in the body of mammals and human.

However sustained levels of NO production result in direct tissue toxicity and contribute to the vascular collapse associated with septic shock, whereas chronic expression of NO is associated with various carcinomas and inflammatory conditions including juvenile diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis and ulcerative colitis.
