I am going for more strength and mass and wanted to know how much i should take of protein, creatine, glutamine, and nitrous oxide. I am 21 years old 5′9″ 200 lbs and about 16% body fat.

    Hi.
    I don´t remember exactly how much you should take of glutamine and creatine but if you buy it there will be RDA on the pack.
    People say you should consume about 1 gr of protein per pound of body weight. Make sure you don´t forget the carbs. You should also supplement with multivitamin.
    Just walk into some good supplement store and see what they have to offer. Perhaps they have powder with most of what you are looking for plus vitamins and carbs.
