glutamine is different from creatine, the first (what you bought) is an amino acid used by the body to make skeletal muscle tissue, the latter is a natural acid that acts as a catalyst for ATP reaction. All foods enter the body thru glands. taking it once gives your body necessary tissue components, and taking it afterwards keeps your body from running out of it.
