What exercises are vital for gaining muscle? What muscles are we talking about here?? I guess my first response is that the core of any good training program is the squat. Everything starts with your legs and then you build up from there. Your legs are the biggest muscle on you body-train them first and plus you will see the fastest gains here. Next I would say pull ups. Simple but the king for building the large back muscles that will help give you the V shape most guys are looking for. I would also train biceps and triceps on the same day and possibly even superset them. Your triceps make up most of the size of your arms so make sure to focus plenty on them. Of course there are lots of other body parts to focus on put these are the best for building the large muscled groups.

Supplement wise I would only take creatine, protein, and then vitamins and antioxidents. The other stuff is unnecessary. Get plenty to eat and eat the right foods (common sense the closer to nature and less processed the better) and get plenty of sleep. You cant lose. Good Luck!

dump the supplements, all of them.

drink some protein after the work out, plus you must eat to gain, eat meals all day.

milk? of course.

but cycle, do it for awhile then lay off, you may get strong, but you don't want to look like a blob

you won't notice a significant effect from the supplements except for the protein

learn the compound movements, deadlift, squat, bench

milk is great for bulking...how do you think baby cows get so big?
