Protein/Creatine/Glutamine?

    You dont need gluatmine. Creatine works best when you use it before and after a workout, and you should be taking a whey protein shake after your workout, but some people also take it before because they feel like it gives them a little boost. Taking creatine before your workout will also give you a boost.
