What Glutathione best for skin whitening?

what is the difference between Glutathione and L-Glutathione ? and what is the best for skin lightning?

and how much should I order ? how much should I take ? and how often do i have to take them to see a quick result ?

   I think you should really try to cope with how you look now.. Skin whitening is really dangerous and can have serious consequences..

   Maybe you could build your self confidence another way, like hitting the gym or trying a new hair cut..

   I’m with Barbara…don’t whiten your skin! Maybe changing your diet will help you to feel better.
